How to Make An Easy Chocolate Pie

This is an easy and delicious dessert for any occasion or just for dessert at home

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 box of chocolate instant pudding (4 servings)
  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • 2 tbs. of dry cocoa
  • 1 8 oz container of Cool Whip thawed
  • 1 Keebler Chocolate Graham cracker pie crust or plain if you prefer
  1. Step 1

Place pudding mix and 1 cup of cold milk and follow the directions on the pudding box. Add cocoa and stir in Cool Whip until there are no white streaks. Spoon into crust, cover with foil and freeze for about 4 hours. If you are making more than one pie, make each pie separately, don't combine more than one box for pie mixture. I suggest making more than one pie, it is so good it will go fast. This is a great recipe for a great tasting dessert that is so easy you can do it with your kids.

  2. Step 2

Take out of the freezer and on each slice, put on the following toppings: whip cream or Cool Whip, ice cream and chocolate syrup, add chocolate sprinkles, ground nuts, candy or whatever you prefer. I use cool whip and chocolate sprinkles. You can top it anyway you want.

  3. Step 3

Store remaining pie in the freezer, will hold for up to 2 weeks.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use all or a couple of the toppings. If you are making more than one pie, make each pie separately, don't combine more than one box for pie mixture. I suggest making more than one pie, it is so good it will go fast.
  • After serving, return leftovers to the freezer
