How to Get Rid of Forehead Wrinkles With Exercise
Wrinkles on the face and forehead are often an unfriendly reminder of the aging process. There are hundreds if not thousands of creams available to help reverse the progression of time on our face, and many have little to no effect at all. Facial exercises can help to strengthen the muscles underneath, making the skin taut. Exercise also can promote the production of natural oils in the skin, which helps the skin's elasticity. Performing daily facial exercise can make your face look years younger.

1
Frown your face as much as possible to begin the exercise. Bring the eyebrows together and down over the eyes. Hold the frown for five to 10 seconds, then lift the eyebrows up as high as possible, as if you are surprised. To further aid the stretch, bring the lower lip over the top lip while performing the exercise. Repeat five times.

2
Lie on a flat surface with your face pointing toward the ceiling. Bring the lower lip over the top lip and again raise your eyebrows as much as possible, widening the eyes. Relax and repeat 10 times.

Sit up, and bring your eyebrows over the eyes, trying not to bring them together. With the eyebrows down, wrinkle the nose and flare out the nostrils. Hold this position for 10 seconds, then release. Repeat 10 times.

Bring two fingers to each of your temples, and press down lightly. Pull back gently on the skin by the temples until the skin of the forehead is tight. Frown the eyebrows down, then bring them up into a look of surprise. Repeat this exercise 20 to 30 times.
