Instructions

1
Begin by applying foundation, concealer and powder with your normal technique. You may want to make your base a bit heavier than normal so it will last through whatever Halloween events you are attending.
-
2
Apply blush to the hollow of the cheekbones, sweeping the blush up across the apples of the cheeks as well.
-
-
3
Use your fingertip to gently apply eye shadow primer to the entire eyelid. Also apply it to your lower lash line.
-
4
Fill in your eyebrows using the brow liner. The gypsy look usually involves a heavier brow, so you can thicken your brow with the liner.
-
5
Create a smoky eye by first rimming the upper and lower lash line with the black kohl pencil. You want to achieve a fairly thick line, but one that is still attractive. Dip the paddle eye shadow brush into the jewel-tone eye shadow. Apply the eye shadow to the lid all the way through the crease. Dip the ultra-fine liner brush into the black eye shadow. Run the brush over the upper and lower lash lines to blend the black liner with the jewel-tone eye shadow. Dip the contour eye shadow brush in the black eye shadow lightly. Use the contour eye shadow brush to darken the crease, concentrating on the outer corners of the eyes.
-
6
Apply multiple layers of mascara to your upper lashes. Focus on the lashes on the outer corners of the eyes. Apply one layer of mascara to the lower lashes.
-
7
Apply lipstick from the applicator or using the lip pencil. Finish the look by applying the sheer tinted gloss over the lipstick.
