FlatOut 2 is a 2006 racing game available for PC, Macintosh, PlayStation 2 and XBox. It was developed by Bugbear Entertainment. The first FlatOut game was also developed by Bugbear and was released in 2004. Both games feature arcade-style racing gameplay and were moderately well-received by critics. FlatOut 2 contains a number of codes that can be implemented to unlock secrets. One variety of code changes the color of the player's name in-game.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Complete a game on career mode. You must progress through the Derby, Race and Street set of races, each of which contain three sub-levels, and then complete the Grand FInals set of races, which contains elements of all previous modes but made more difficult.

  2. Step 2

On the main menu, move two options to the right so it says "Change Profile" on the bottom of the screen. Select this option.

  3. Step 3

Move your cursor to the right until it is highlighting a box with an "X" in it. The bottom of the screen should say "Create New Profile." Select this box with an "X" in it.

  4. Step 4

Type in any name you'd like, but precede it with the text "#X", where X is any number between 1 and 999. So, type in "#999Alice" and the new profile's name will be Alice written in a dark blue font. Every number produces a different color.
