1
Start by applying some foundation to your eyelids. Use one thin layer to prime the eyes so the make-up looks smooth when you put it on. Use some on the area under the eye as well, especially if you are prone to dark circles.

2
Use a creamy eyeshadow in a silver, blue or white shade. Mix the colors until you have an ethereal color that works best with your eye color and skin tone. Apply this color to the entire lid on both eyes.

Use a small makeup brush and apply this color to the bottom of the eyes about halfway in to the corner of the eye. Use a powdery eyeshadow in a shimmery, translucent shade and apply it with a medium-size eye shadow brush. Start at the crease of the eye and go all the way up to the brow.

Take a look in the mirror and be sure that both eyes look exactly the same. Use a black liquid eyeliner and line the top of the eyelashes. Use a little on the bottoms if you want. Use a black mascara to finish the lashes. Apply it to both the top lashes and the bottom lashes.

Add a touch of white glitter to the outside corner of the eyes. Use some little sticky gems with adhesive as well to add some extra dramatic impact. Use a sheer, pale lip gloss to really set the eyes off so they stand out and do not compete with the rest of your make-up.

Tips & Warnings
Be sure to blend the powder into the eye crease. You can draw a little design on the outside corner of the eyes with the liquid eyeliner.
Try not to smear the cream eyeshadow when applying the powder shadow. Do not touch your eyes or get them wet. Carefully dab the glitter on so it doesn't get into the eye.
