      Towel dry hair until it is 30 percent dry. Do not blow dry hair that is sopping wet. This will fry your hair and damage even the healthiest of strands. Towel dry by squeezing hair with a dry towel. Avoid rubbing hair to prevent breakage and tangles.

      Blow dry your hair. For the fastest results, use the highest heat setting or "turbo dry." However, If your hair is damaged, it is best to use a medium heat setting.
