How to Get Identity Protection From Norton Antivirus

Tips & Warnings

  • Once you set up Identity Safe the first time, revisit it and go over the settings of the program. You can manage your log-ins, identity cards, change your Identity Safe password and have Norton Identity Safe automatically collect and store log-ins from the web pages you log into. You can get to the settings either in Norton 360 or from your web browser. Look for the Norton bar.

  • Be wary of emails asking you to verify your personal information. This is a typical phishing attack, and this method has been used to gain access to your bank account, instant messaging account and email account, to name a few.
