How to Remove Veins on a Nose Naturally

Save

Facial veins are expanded blood vessels that can appear on the face and upper chest. These veins are a result of elasticity loss in the blood vessels, poor blood circulation, sun exposure and heredity. Facial veins do not pose any serious health risks, but they are often removed when located on noticeable parts of the body. Laser treatments are available for vein removal; however, you may require numerous treatments that can be costly. Natural remedies for reducing the overall appearance of veins are available and can be used in the comfort of your home.

Things You'll Need

  • Vitamin C supplements
  • Water, 8 oz.
  • Horse chestnut capsules
  • Facial exercises
  • Witch hazel, 1 tsp.
  • Cotton balls
  • Take two vitamin C supplements daily with an 8-oz. glass of water. Vitamin C assists in the removal of facial veins by improving blood circulation throughout the body, and reinforces the vein walls.

  • Take a 500-mg horse chestnut supplement three times daily with an 8-oz. glass of water. Horse chestnut seeds have been shown to effectively reduce inflammation, visibility, and pressure, and to brace the capillaries on tissues affected by numerous types of veins.

  • Exercise the face regularly. Oddly enough, facial exercises provide the capillaries and veins with an adequate amount of oxygen to produce proper blood circulation throughout the body and reduce the visibility of veins.

  • Apply 1 tsp. of witch hazel to areas where you wish to reduce the visibility of veins. Dip the cotton ball in witch hazel and lightly dab the selected area. Witch hazel is a natural astringent that fortifies the blood vessels. Repeat this treatment two times daily for best results.

Tips & Warnings

  • All ingredients can be purchased at your local supermarket and health store. Do not be discouraged if immediate results do not occur. The visibility of veins is often treated with laser surgery that may be harmful to the body; this is a natural treatment that is safe and inexpensive. Keep at it.
  • Always consult your primary physician regarding questions and removal techniques. Do not take horse chestnut capsules or witch hazel if pregnant. There is not enough evidence to suggest that these methods are safe for women who pregnant or breast feeding. Always keep medicines such as herbal supplements away from children. Failure to do so may result in a fatal overdose.
