- Drill
- 3/16-inch masonry drill bit
- Plastic or metal anchors
- Anchor hooks
- Hanging wire

Drill a 3/16-inch diameter hole in the concrete with a masonry bit. Insert a metal or plastic anchor.

Insert an anchor hook--a screw with a picture hook attached to it--into the metal or plastic anchor.
