Instructions

    • 1

Brush the wig thoroughly with a special wig brush, which you can purchase at a wig shop or a beauty supply store.

    • 2

Pour the wig shampoo in a sink. Fill the sink with cold water. Do not wash the wig in hot water; doing so could cause the wig cap to shrink.

    • 3

Put the wig in the sink for one minute. Agitate the wig in the water. Never rub the wig together; this could make a knot. Rinse the wig in cold water to remove the shampoo.

    • 4

Dab the wig with a dry towel.

    • 5

Spray a conditioning spray onto the wig. Spray about a foot away from the wig; do not over-saturate.

    • 6

Cover a can of hairspray with a dry towel, and rest the wig on top of it. Using a mannequin can stretch the wig out. Never blow dry the wig; only air dry.

    • 7

Brush the wig when it is dry.

Tips & Warnings

  • Never dye or bleach a wig; doing so will ruin it.
