How to Get Rid of the Cellulite on My Knees

Everyone has those areas on their bodies they feel are a little troublesome. Often we feel fighting the battle of the bulge is a loosing one. You may be eating right and exercising, yet you are still finding visible evidence that the fat above your knees is just not going away. Try some different strategies and change your eating patterns and see the cellulite melt away. You do not need gym membership surprisingly enough, just determination and focus.

Things You'll Need

  • Water
  • Green tea or chicory
  • Fruits and vegetables
  • Therapy band
  • Yoga mat (optional)
  • Journal and pen
  • Replace any alcoholic beverages with water. Substitute green tea with a little caffeine in it, for coffee. Use Chicory instead of tea if you are having too may withdrawal symptoms. Eliminate caffeine and alcohol for fast results.

  • Walk and run to get an overall healthy routine established. Do this everyday if you can. Burn calories and loose weight and you will be well on your way to loosing fat as a result.

  • Target train your leg muscles by using a therapy band. Lie down on your back and place the band around your ankles. Pull the band down and create resistance with both hands as you try to straiten your knees. Repeat about twenty times and take a break. Do this again. Do this twice a day so you end up doing a total of forty reps in the morning and forty reps in the evening. You will need to do this everyday to build muscle.

  • Eat fruit in the morning for breakfast. Eat salad and meats or any protein for lunch. Eat a hot sensible dinner but do not combine protein with carbohydrates. Always eat fruit by itself. Eat like foods together so they do not fight against each other inside the body.

  • Drink water all day long and have a few cups of green tea. Avoid any food with lots of chemicals and complex processes. Eat clean, walk and run. Use target training, and eliminate alcohol and sugar. Watch you body eliminate those annoying pockets of cellulite above your knees, and anywhere else for that matter.

Tips & Warnings

  • If you feel your quadriceps getting tight and sore after a couple days you are doing a good job. Rest for one day and keep it going for the rest of the week. Write down everything that you do each day in your cellulite journal. Make note of anything you feel is working. This will help you keep track of what you are eating and make you accountable to yourself,
  • Consult with your doctor before doing any diet or exercise program.
