How to Teach a Man Romance
Men are different. Some are born with a sense of romance that can inspire sonnets, movies and novels. Others do not have a romantic bone in their bodies. Their idea of romance is an evening at a fast food restaurant followed by hours of snoring on the living room couch. If this is your husband or boyfriend, you can help him become the envy of all your girlfriends in no time flat by making him a true romantic.

1
Give him specific ways to be romantic. Do not be vague. If you want a candlelit dinner for two and a dozen roses, tell him. Men cannot read minds, and he will feel overwhelmed if you simply tell him to do something romantic and do not give him anything specific from which to draw.
-
2
Give him inspiration. When the two of you are out shopping, point out a sweater or handbag that suits your taste and drop hints that you love surprises. You may not get exactly what you want, but at least he will have some clue about your style preference when he does surprise you with a romantic gift.

3
Tell him an intimate fantasy that you've never shared with anyone. Giving him a glimpse into your innermost self will make him feel closer to you. It will also give him a shove in the right direction when it comes to private bedroom activities.
-
4
Be romantic yourself. Show him through your own actions what your idea of romance is. Give him a massage, kiss him spontaneously in a crowded room or send him love notes during the day. He'll get the hint and return the favor.
-
5
Tell him he is doing a good job when he performs a romantic deed. Nothing gives a man more confidence in himself and his actions than positive reinforcement. This praise will lead to more romantic gestures in the future.
