Heat Embossing
-
1
Press the rubber stamp onto an ink pad or a Versa Mark pad and cover it with ink.
-
2
Position the inked stamp over the card blank where you will place the stamp. Press down firmly with the stamp onto the card blank.
-
-
3
Sprinkle embossing powder onto the stamped ink while it is still wet. Cover the ink completely with the powder.
-
4
Turn on the heat gun and position it three to five inches above the invitation. Move the heat gun around the stamped area in small circles and back and forth, to ensure all of the embossing powder is heated. Continue to heat the powder until it hardens.
-
5
Gently shake the excess embossing powder off, and then wipe the invitation with a dry cloth.
