Instructions

    • 1

Align and apply the first row of tiles against the battens as usual to ensure the tiles are evenly aligned.

    • 2

Measure halfway along the first tile and make a pencil mark on the wall. Place the first tile on the next row at the position marked so that it produces a staggered effect.

    • 3

Continue applying rows of tiles, measuring the starting point for each row prior to applying the tile.

    • 4

As the tiles are placed, use T-shaped spacers to fit into the tile joints.

    • 5

Once the adhesive under the main body of the tile has set, remove the battens and cut the tiles to fill any remaining areas.

    • 6

Once all tiles have been applied, finalize the project by applying grout to all joints and caulk to all seams.
