Cell food is a supplement that contains a combination of various nutrients such as electrolytes, oxygen and enzymes. Cell food also contains amino acids along with 73 different ionic minerals. Things You'll Need

- Distilled or pure water
Go to the grocery store and buy distilled or pure water to use with your cell food. Buy cell food at your local health food store or on-line. (See Resources.)
Eat a healthy breakfast in the morning before taking cell food. A healthy breakfast could consist of a banana or oatmeal topped with almonds.
Add 8 drops of cell food to a large glass of water, preferably 8 ounces. Drink all the water down.
Add cell food to other beverages such as raw carrot juice. You can also add cell food to your favorite healthy drinks.
Add 2 to 3 drops of cell food to milk right before bed. Your body repairs itself while you sleep. You can assist this process by taking more cell food before bed. Milk also helps to calm and soothe you before bedtime.
Tips & Warnings
- Some people experience a detoxifying effect when they first begin to take cell food. This usually happens to people who have been eating a poor diet over the years. As toxins are released and expelled through the body, you may feel sick. If this happens, decrease your dosage and gradually move up to the recommended dose. Drink 8-10 glasses of pure water to assist your body with detoxing.
- To help make cell food even more effective, eat 8-10 raw vegetables per day. Raw vegetables contain vitamins, minerals and enzymes needed for optimal health. Great choices are broccoli, carrots and beets. Try a new vegetable each week.
- Never take cell food with soda pop or other unhealthy beverages as this will counteract the benefits of cell food.
