How to Copy an MP3 to Kindle

      Connect the Kindle to your computer using the USB cable. The Kindle will show up on your computer as an external drive.

      Navigate your Kindle's file structure. Open the "Music" folder. In another window, navigate to the mp3 files you wish to transfer on your computer.

      Drag and drop the mp3 files into the "Music" directory on your Kindle. Wait for the files to transfer. Once the transfer has finished you can eject and remove the Kindle with your mp3 files on it.
