How to Put Together A Kids Movie Party
A movie night makes a great theme for a kid's party. It is especially suitable for older children and teens who may prefer a more grown-up activity to traditional party games. Creating a movie night at home is less expensive than a trip to the theater if you are hosting a large group. Provide the same kinds of food and snacks that kids would enjoy on a trip out to the movies. Does this Spark an idea?

Have guests dress in glamorous Oscar-style garb if you wish.
Pin the name of a movie star to the back of each guest as they arrive and have them play 20 questions to find out who they are.
Make sure the movies you choose are age-appropriate.
Consider that some young children are more easily frightened than others --- check with parents if you are unsure about a movie choice.
