Select the email setup wizard on your phone. Usually it is on your phone's home screen, but if it is not, hit the menu key and scroll through the icons until you find it. Choose the setup wizard and a new screen will appear. The setup wizard will offer several options: language, date and time, owner information, font, email setup and application permissions. Click on "Email" setup.

Choose "I want to add or create an email address," and then click "Next."

Click the next key and you will be taken to your service provider's mobile email setup site. If you have already set up an email address, you will see it there. You can edit your email accounts, delete them or add more, up to 10 for each BlackBerry. Scroll past any existing accounts and click on "Add My Existing Account" even if you want to add a new BlackBerry email address. You may have to accept an End User License Agreement (EULA) before you proceed.
