Log on to Moneybookers.com and register an account. The initial registration page requests information such as your e-mail address, desired password, country of residence, and the type of currency you use. Input all required information and click "next."

Access your e-mail inbox and open the e-mail Moneybookers sent you that contains your e-mail confirmation link . Click on the link and fill in the required information on the page you are automatically directed to. The required information on this page includes your name, address, phone number, and birthday. After filling out all information fields, click "next" and you will be directed to the confirmation page.

Go over all of your details on the confirmation page to make sure that all of the information you entered is correct. Click "confirm registration" to continue.

Add a credit/debit card or bank account from which you would like to make your deposits and withdrawals through.
