What's the difference between impressing any woman and impressing a woman of character? Any woman will be impressed by things and money but it will take a lot more than money to impress a woman of character. She is looking for a man of character.

If you want to impress a woman you will need to be a gentleman. Every woman wants a man who is chivalrous. Women who say they don't want that usually have hang-ups. Open doors, pay for dinner, and offer your jacket if it gets cold. If you really want to step it up a notch, don't just be chivalrous to the woman you are interested in, but show chivalry to all women. When women see a man treat his mother and grandmother with respect they know he's a keeper. If she sees you hold the door open and wait for the little old lady who is coming through the door, she will admire your kindness.

Be assertive. Do you know why women often like "bad boys"? It's because they aren't passive. They fearlessly take action. You don't have to be a "bad boy" to win the respect of a woman. All you have to do is be assertive and stand up for what you believe in. Take the lead and have confidence in who you are. Have the "I don't care what people think" attitude. This doesn't mean that you aren't willing to take criticism. It simply means that you aren't ruled by other people's opinions.

To Impress a woman of character you have to have something to say. Use the intelligence God gave you! Gain some knowledge about what's going on in the world and talk about it. Talk about your dreams and goals, but don't dominate the conversation and don't brag. Ask the woman you are with questions and show interest in what she has to say.

If you really want to impress a woman then be a man of your word. If you say you will do something then follow through. If you say you will pick her up at a certain time then be there on time. Women judge how much they can trust a man by whether or not he keeps his word.
