How to Peel Hard Boiled Eggs with Ease

Hard boiled eggs are delicious, but they can turn into frustration food if you can't get their shells off cleanly. Some eggs seem to peel smoothly, while others stick to their shells and force you to dig in with your fingernails, just to end up with an ugly mess.       Prepare your eggs as you normally do. Then run cool water over them until you can handle them with comfort.

      Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, take a fork, a knife point or any sharp pointed object. Put a hole in each end of the egg.

      Blow into the hole at each end of the egg. You will be able to do this with ease on warm eggs, while cold eggs require a little more effort. Once this step is completed, place the egg under your palm on a hard surface and, while applying pressure, roll the egg under your hand and break its outer shell. Then simply peel it. Little shell, if any, will stick to the egg white.
