Instructions

    • 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    • 2

Wash the potatoes and make sure to remove any eyes or rotted spots with a knife before you cut them into wedges. The thickness of the wedges depends on your personal preference, but thicker wedges will take slightly longer to cook. Wedges should be 1/2 inch to 1 inch thick.

    • 3

Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl or resealable plastic bag. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes; just enough to provide a light coating.

    • 4

In a separate bowl, mix together the spices and salt. Add the spice mixture a bit at a time, until the potatoes are evenly coated (you may not need to use all of the spice mixture).

    • 5

On a nonstick baking sheet or a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, pour the potatoes and arrange them in a single layer. Cook at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the desired crispness. Flip the potatoes after 10 to 15 minutes.

Tips & Warnings
