Place a oil drain pan under the engine of your scooter. Remove the oil drain plug. The plug will be the only hex type bolt sticking out of the center of the bottom of the engine. Use a socket wrench to remove it and as the oil comes out, catch the oil spring and oil screen that will come out of the drain hole as well. You will need these parts.

Remove the oil fill cap from the oil reservoir. This will be on the side of the engine and marked clearly with a white graphic of an oil can or a white graphic of what will look like a stylized drop of water. Tips & Warnings
Consider investing in an oil change pan that has a screen covering the pan. This will save you time and mess, because it will catch the spring and screen, and you will not have to fish through the old oil to find them.
Check your oil frequently. A scooter engine that runs out of oil will seize quickly and destroy your engine.
