How to Make a Credit Card Address Book
One way to keep all of your credit card information together without having to deal with a pile of paper is to create a small credit card address book. By creating an address book for your credit cards, you can quickly contact your company if problems arise with your card, such as it becoming lost or stolen. Because most people only have a few credit cards, you don't need to go out and buy a large notebook. Instead you can make a homemade book with small index cards.

On the third line, type the city, state and zip code. On the fourth line, type the telephone number for the customer service line. Refrain from typing your credit card account number, since doing so can compromise the security of your account.

Use scissors to cut out the address blocks for each credit card company.

Place glue on the back of the first address block. Paste the address block onto the first index card. Repeat this step with all of the remaining address blocks, ensuring that they remain in alphabetical order.

Place the lamination sheets on the front and back side of each individual index card. Cut away any excess laminate that may be around the edges of the index card.

9
Bind the index cards together to form a small book using a stapler to staple one side of the edges together. Your credit card address book is now complete.
