Use XS++ software to upload skins to your Walkman. Make sure your phone is unbranded and unlocked, meaning it is not locked to any particular provider (AT&T, Sprint, etc), before utilizing the software. The process can be a little complicated. The steps must be followed in order so you won't stall your phone or turn it into a lifeless brick.
