How to Remove Graffitti From Brick

Graffiti is often sprayed on the outside walls of buildings and homes by teenagers or gang members. It is an act of vandalism, and is a pretty serious crime. Graffiti looks pretty unprofessional and unattractive when it is plastered all over the brick on your building or home. It is understandable that you would want to remove it right away. With brick surfaces, it is important to learn the most effective way to remove the graffiti specifically from brick.

Things You'll Need

• Pressure washer with 2,000 to 3,500 psi

Instructions

1. Connect your pressure washer to a water source according to the user's manual for your specific product. Most pressure washers can be connected using an ordinary garden hose.

2. Spray the graffiti with your pressure washer. Spray the outsides of the spot and work your way in towards the center to avoid spreading the graffiti paint.

3. Repeat the process over until the graffiti is no longer visible. Wash the paint drainage from the walkway or ground below where the graffiti was.
