By applying cement driveway sealer, you are protecting the driveway from theses hazards. The money spent on sealing a cement driveway will be well-worth it in the long run. The driveway will last for years to come. When applying sealer to a freshly poured cement driveway, allow the cement to cure for about 4 weeks prior to applying the sealer. Does this Spark an idea?

Scrub grease and oil away by mixing 1 part trisodium phosphate and 3 parts water. Patch any cracks or holes with a cement patch. Allow the driveway to remain dry for a minimum of 24 hours.

Dip a paint roller into the tray to absorb a generous amount of sealer. Roll the sealer onto the driveway using smooth strokes. Apply a liberal amount of the sealer to the driveway, but not so much that puddles form. You can also apply the sealer using a garden sprayer. Fill the tank of the sprayer with the sealer and coat the driveway with a generous amount of sealer. You may need to go over the driveway with a roller even if you use the sprayer to get an even coating on the surface.

4
Allow the sealer to dry completely according to the manufacturer's recommended drying time. For optimal results, apply a second coat to the driveway. Keep traffic from the driveway for a minimum of 24 hours.
