Jet lag is caused by several factors involved with flying, especially the poor air quality and the time zone factor often involved. This natural jet lag treatment can be used during a flight to help prevent jet lag, or can be used after a flight to help treat jet lag.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 5 Drops of Lavender Oil
  • 1 Drop of Lemongrass Oil
  • 1 Drop of Bergamot Oil
  • Small Spray Bottle
  1. Step 1

Pour the water directly into the small spray bottle.

  2. Step 2

One by one, drop in the lavender essential oil, lemongrass essential oil and bergamot essential oil. Once all of the oils have been added, gently shake the bottles to help the oils to distribute throughout the water.

  3. Step 3

In between uses, store the treatment in a cool, dark area. I suggest storing it in a medicine cabinet, or even a kitchen cabinet.

  4. Step 4

To use, just spray the treatment once or twice into the air surrounding you. You can also spray the jet lag treatment into a pillow or blanket during a flight, or before going to bed.
