Step 2
Contact Your Service Provider
Your cell phone service provider may be able to help you if you are receiving excessive spam. They can stop text messaging by adding the company to a "block list" and even reverse any charges. Step 3
Stop Harassing Calls
Become familiar with your cell service provider's safety features. This information is easily found on the company's website. It is very important that you are aware of and know how to turn on the protective features provided by -
Step 4
Use a Dialing Code
If your cell phone service is with Time Warner or Vonage you are provided a code that you can dial from your cell phone to block certain numbers from calling. These codes don't work with all service providers so contact your cell phone service provider to determine if they offer a similar code system.
