How to Make a Ghost Drive
Norton Ghost creates a copy of your current hard drive as a means to quickly restore your computer in case of a failure. You can use Ghost to copy your current hard drive to a new one and store it as a backup. When your current hard drive crashes, replace it with the Norton Ghost copy and you're back up in minutes. Once Norton Ghost is installed, it's ready to take a copy off the current drive and create a backup Ghost drive.

Click "Next" on the following screen. This screen is used for advanced features, but they aren't required for a simple copy of a drive. Click the "Next" button again at the confirmation screen, which summarizes the options you selected for the image.
