3. Call the court, if applicable. It often will have a list of approved local vendors of in-person classes. Stop by the court and pick up the list, or download it if possible.

4. Contact your insurance company, if applicable. Insurance companies sometimes keep a list of preferred defensive driving vendors and can send you the list or direct you to a website to download it.

5. Search online for defensive driving providers in your area. Try "defensive driving" + your city name for in-person classes, or "defensive driving" + "online" for online classes. Be sure to read any available reviews or check with the Better Business Bureau to make sure the company is legitimate.
