How to Enable Javascript in Internet Explorer 7

Javascript is a scripting language used in many web browsers, including Microsoft's Internet Explorer 7. Participation in some web conferences, for example, is possible only through the use of Javascript. If you are attending of a conference set up in this format for the first time, you will be prompted by the browser to enable Javascript. Without it you will not be able to access the programming for the conference. In addition, you need to enable the Javascript to make orders on some interactive websites.

Instructions

1. Start Internet Explorer 7, click on the "Tools" menu option, and select "Internet Options."

2. Click the "Security" tab, then click the "Internet" icon.

3. Click the "Custom Level" button, scroll down the list in the "Security Setting - Internet Zone" window, then click the "Enable" radio button under "Active Scripting."

4. Click "OK" in the "Security Setting - Internet Zone" window, then click "OK" in "Internet Options."

5. Restart your browser.
