Instructions

    • 1

Pour the vodka into the glass jar.

    • 2

Add the rosemary needles to the vodka. You may crush the needles before adding, to help release the essential oils.

    • 3

Seal the jar and store in a cool, dark place for six to eight weeks.

    • 4

Strain the rosemary tincture, removing the needles from the vodka. Pour the strained tincture back into the jar.

    • 5

Fill an eyedropper half full with the tincture and take orally every two hours for the first 48 hours. Reduce the amount taken to twice daily for the next two weeks.

    • 6

Store the rosemary tincture in a cool, dark place when not in use.

Tips & Warnings

  • This tincture can be safely stored for up to one year. Storing your tincture in an amber-colored or dark glass jar helps prevent weakening of the tincture from light exposure.

  • Always consult a physician before taking any tinctures if you are pregnant, nursing or on medication.
