How to Clean Pepper Spray Off Glass or Other Items

Pepper spray is a chemical compound used to irritate someone's eyes, resulting in pain, tears and possibly temporary blindness. It is often used as a personal self-defense tool by individuals and to control large crowds and riots by members of law enforcement. Pepper spray is oil-based, and oil- based cleaning agents should not be used when cleaning the spray since this only worsens the problem.
