How to Hide Profiles on Yahoo Personals
Yahoo! Personals is an online dating site that allows you to post a personal ad, as well as search for single people in your area. You can create a profile and search members for free. However, in order to communicate with a person of interest, you need to subscribe to a plan.
As soon as you create an account at Yahoo! Personals, you can search thousands of profiles. You can also hide matches you find unappealing, filtering the results to those you are only interested in.

Log in to your Yahoo! Personals account.

Browse members profiles by clicking the scroll buttons on the top right side of the "Search" window. The thumbnails shown give a quick overview of the members you are browsing. Click on these profiles to view more details. To perform an advanced search, click the "Search" label on the menu, then configure your search criteria based on the options provided.

Comb through the search results. Click the avatar of the person you want to hide in order to display the full profile.

Click the label, "Hide this Profile," under the "Profile Details" header on the menu. You will see a confirmation message on the page. If you don't want to be reminded again with this message, check the box, "Don't show the message again." The confirmation page will not be displayed next time.

Click the "Hide This Person" button to continue. You will be redirected to the "Search Results" page, where you can browse more profiles.

Tips & Warnings
You can always reveal profiles at any time. Go to your "Hidden Profiles" list at the end of your search results, or on the main "Search" page. Select the profile to reveal and click the "Unhide Selected Profiles" button to confirm.
