      Find an old pair of sweat pants that you don't wear anymore.

      Make a cut across the sweat pants right underneath the knee.

      Make another cut across the sweat pants just above the knee. You will have a strip of absorbing cloth that works just as well as a sweat band.

      Wrap it around your wrist a couple times for an effective sweat band.

Tips & Warnings

  • The knee area works best for a sweat band because it is thinner and offers a tighter-fitting band.

  • You can decorate the sweat band however you wish.

  • Don't cut up a brand new pair of sweat pants; it's probably cheaper to buy a new sweat band.
