Get a military W-2 from the Defense Finance and Accounting Service website.

Military pay, both active duty and retirement, is deposited monthly using electronic funds transfer, so you won't usually see a hard copy of your earnings. However, if you need to obtain hard copy documentation, such as a W-2 form for a tax return, it's easy to do. Just go to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) website and submit a request.
