How to Stuff Wedding Invitations in the Envelopes

A wedding invitation is the first impression a guest will have concerning the day of your nuptials. Presentation of the invitation is as important as the colors, font, and information inside the envelope. Stuffing the invitation, RSVP card and return envelope in the outer envelope in an orderly way will ensure a eye-catching wedding invitation.

• Wedding invitations
• Envelopes
• RSVP cards
• RSVP envelopes
• Direction or reception cards (optional)

Instructions

1. Organize your wedding invitations, RSVP cards and envelopes in separate stacks. Place each RSVP card underneath the flap of an RSVP envelope, with the writing on the card facing up.

2. Place the invitation in the envelope first with the writing side facing the flap of the envelope.

3. Put the RSVP card and envelope in front of the invitation and center them if they are smaller than the invitation. The writing on the RSVP card needs to be facing the flap of the outer envelope.

4. Add any small direction or reception cards in front of the RSVP card. Make sure to center them.
