How to relieve your runny nose this flu season. We will all suffered at some put with a runny nose. Having to stop every 5 minutes to blow your nose, and always sucking it back up when you can't blow it. However with a few minutes you can do some simple runny nose treatment to relieve your nose.

      Before you start blowing, remember that the nasal membranes are very thin and very sensitive. With most of the blood vessels near the surface. So If you blow your nose too hard you can rupture these blood vessels and cause a bad nose bleed.

      Increase the air humidity. If you breath a lot of dry air you will only further irritate your nasal problems. You can use a humidifier to keep the air in your house from drying out.

      Eucalyptus steam inhalation is know for helping thin you mucus making it easier to remove by blowing your nose.

      Drink plenty of fluids as this will keep your nasal mucus thin and easy to blow.

      You can use saline nasal sprays to relieve your stuffy nose. The sprays cause the swollen tissues in you nose that produce and hold your mucus to shrink. This thins out your mucus making it easier for you to blow your nose.

      If you don't have the money you can take a shower with hot water. Breath in through your nose to allow the steam to hydrate your membrane can to thin out your mucus.

      If you don't have a shower you can boil water and place in a bowl or cup. cover both your head and container of the boiling water with the towel so you breath in the steam with your nose. Continue to breath till you most blow your nose. Takes about 10 minutes to be problem free for about 10 hours.
