How to Candle Ear Drainage
Ear candling is the process of inserting a special type of candle (known as an ear candle) into your ear and lighting it on fire. Proponents of ear candling insist that this process helps to heal the body of toxins as well as clean any excess dirt and wax from the ear canal by creating a suction, drawing the unwanted material up and out of the ear. Opponents of ear candling claim that the process is dangerous and can lead to burns and inner ear damage.
