Hold down the "Ctrl" key and press the "I" key (command + I for Mac) to bring up the info dialogue box for the selected tracks. Click "Yes" in the dialogue box asking whether you're sure you want to change information for multiple items.

Check the "Artwork" box and double-click on the field to the right of it. This will pull up a search dialogue box where you can locate the file containing the artwork you want to use for the album. Do so and click "OK."

5
Connect your iPod to your computer and wait for it to appear in the "Devices" column at the left-hand side of the application window.
-
6
Add the album you have changed the cover artwork for by highlighting it and dragging it to the iPod icon in the "Devices" column. If the album is already on the iPod with the previous artwork, first remove it by highlighting it and dragging it to your trash or recycling bin, and then re-adding it as described.
