  • 1 cup raw apple cider vinegar
  • Mixing bowl
  • 1 tbsp. rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. lavender
  • 1 tsp. witch hazel

Instructions

      Pour the raw apple cider vinegar and witch hazel into a small mixing bowl, and whisk together gently. Add in the rosemary oil and lavender oil and continue whisking.

      Rinse your scalp with warm water, then pour the mixture over the scalp and through the hair.

      Massage the mixture into the scalp and comb some of the liquid through the hair. If you prefer, you can put on a shower comb afterward, or pile the hair in a loose bun.

      Wait for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse the hair thoroughly with cool water.

    I do not recommend this treatment. Left my scalp shedding itself and is in worse condition then before. I believe Apple Cider Vinegar can help solve some hair problems, according to my research, but this particular recipe is too harsh on the scalp and in a sense, scalds it.
