Add a drained can of Italian chopped tomatoes to lasagna, spaghetti sauce, or goulash.

Eat carrot chips (carrots slices) instead of potato chips or veggie pizza instead of pepperoni.

Try peanut butter and celery instead of peanut butter sandwiches.

Shredded carrots in hot breakfast cereal like oatmeal or cream of wheat and never make an omelet without some veggies in it. Plus, drink a glass of 100% fruit juice with breakfast.
