- Shampoo for colored-treated hair
- Conditioner for colored-treated hair
- Deep conditioner
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil

Wash hair with a shampoo and conditioner that's for color-treated hair every other day. Color-treated hair can become dried out by chemicals in the dye. Washing your hair every other day will help retain moisture.

Deep condition hair at least once a week with a deep conditioner for color-treated hair. Leave the deep conditioner in for at least 15 minutes.

Apply a hot-oil treatment once a month to restore moisture. Jurgita says this will also help to strengthen weak hair.

Pour two teaspoons of vegetable oil into a pot. Warm on low heat on a stove top for ten minutes.

Spread the warm oil on hair and scalp. Wrap head with a plastic bag followed by a towel. Leave on for 30 minutes.

Wash hair with shampoo and conditioner.

Trim hair every three months to avoid split ends.
