When you want to make cupcakes, foil cupcake liners have several benefits over standard paper liners. One is the added touch of class that foil gives to cupcakes. Another is in the baking process. When you use foil liners, a cupcake tin is not necessary. You can place the foil liners directly onto a baking sheet.
Things You'll Need
- Foil cupcake liners
- Baking sheet
- Cupcake batter
- Cooling rack
Place foil cupcake liners onto baking sheet, spacing them evenly. Do not allow the liners to touch one another; it is important for air to circulate around cupcakes as they bake.
Fill each liner about two-thirds full with cupcake batter, using a scoop. Fill each liner equally.
Place baking sheet into oven and bake cupcakes according to recipe. Remove cupcakes when they are finished baking and place the baking sheet onto a cooling rack.
Remove cupcakes from baking sheet after about five minutes and place them onto cooling rack. Allow cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
Frost cupcakes according to your desire for the finished cupcakes.
Serve cupcakes with decorative foil liners intact.
