How to Measure for a Catchers Chest Protector

Instructions

1. Stand up straight.

2. Have a friend measure you straight down your chest and stomach from the top of your sternum to your waist. The sternum is located under the throat in the middle of your chest.

3. Hold the measuring tape straight and record the measurement in inches.

4. Locate a chest protector in the inch-based size you recorded.

5. Try the chest protector on. Ensure that it fits comfortably and fully protects your body.
