How to Remove Turmeric Stains From Plastic Dishes

• Bleach
• Water
• Soap

Instructions

1. Clean your plastic dishes within two days of when the stain occurred. Allowing them to sit longer than two days could mean the stain won't come completely clean.

2. Put your turmeric-stained plastic dishes in your kitchen sink.

3. Make a solution of ½ cup liquid bleach to 1 gallon water.

4. Allow your plastic dishes to soak in the bleach solution 30 minutes.

5. Rinse your plastic dishes under warm water to wash away the bleach solution.

6. Wash your plastic dishes with soap and water.

7. Repeat the process if necessary, using a stronger bleach solution for stubborn turmeric stains.
