      Print the W-2 form by selecting "File," followed by "Print."

      If you don't have access to a printer, visit your local library. Most libraries have copies of important tax documents on hand, and you can receive or copy these forms free of charge.

      Visit a nearby post office, city hall, or any other government building. Tax documents, such as the W-2 form, are usually available at government buildings. If you do not see any copies, ask the clerk at the front desk.
