How to Make Infant Rice Cereal
The road to eating solid foods begins when a child is 4 months old. Gradually, more solids are introduced and the baby is slowly weaned off of formula or breast milk. Many people choose to begin with infant rice cereal when starting their babies on solid foods. Although there are commercial infant rice cereals that you can buy in the supermarket, making your own infant rice cereal is more affordable and healthy. You can choose the grains that you want to use, and it won't be overly processed. Making your own rice cereal is a relatively easy process that takes only minutes to complete.
