Register your account with Volkswagen Credit. Access the website at "www.vwcredit.com" and click "My Account." Then click "Sign Up for a New Account."

Enter your loan account number, your social security number and your e-mail address, and then set up a username and password for account access. Look on your monthly statement or in your payment book to find your account number; it's nine digits.

Sign-in to your account, using the username and password you created. Click on "Payments" to setup your payments. Enter your bank routing number and account number.

Enter the payment amount and choose the processing date. Click "Submit" or "Complete" to finalize the payment. You will receive an e-mail receipt from Volkswagen Credit.

You can also make convenient payments over the telephone. Call Volkswagen Credit at 1-800-428-4034 to make a phone payment. You will need your account number or social security number to verify your account.
Most, but not all, new Volkswagens are financed with Volkswagen Credit. If you are unsure, look on the bottom section of your bill of sale or registration to find the lienholder. The lienholder is the company that financed your vehicle, and who you'll need to make payments to.
